The plant and machinery are all indigenously manufactured employing the latest state-of-the art technology for production& process controls.

The overall throughput capability of the plant is 1,500 MT per annum. The tonnage of the hot moulding presses are determined by the sizes of the brake linings in the proposed manufacturing range of the project while their numbers are calculated from the cycle time of individual sizes. The capacity and/ or size specifications of other production facilities such as the curing oven, grinding and drilling machines are fixed to suit the through-put. Air compressor installation has been selected to meet the volume and pressure requirements of all pneumatic applications. For the purpose of heating of the moulds and the oven, alternate options for Thermic Fluid Heating system has been provided in all the hot moulds. Presently, the heating is done electrically.
